6. COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entries close on the date stated. No entries received after this time will be accepted. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
The winner must be a resident of New Zealand.
The winner will be drawn and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within five working days the competition will be re-drawn.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Acceptance of a prize is consent for the promoter to use the winners details for promotional, media and publicity purposes. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate this promotion without any notice at any time.
The promoter shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered in any connection with the competition.
