There are a few things I require from my daily moisturiser, one that it has a sunscreen, two that it is easy to dispense, three that it moisturises and four that it doesn't irritate my skin.

L'Oreal is celebrating 100 years of beauty with a limited edition make up collection that has been designed in two separate ranges, one for blondes and one for brunettes.

The range is made up of a Glamshine ($26.99) lipstick, which initially I wasn't too sure about the peachy orange colour for me as a blonde, but put it on and it is fantastic - they got it sooo right.

The Color Appeal Mono Eyeshadow ($19.99) is available in ten shades and is formulated to last without creasing with a gorgeous metallic effect.

I am always a bit dubious about a powder, as they often remind me of old ladies, but the infallible never fail powder really did provide me with a shine free look that wasn't too heavy or cakey.  The bonus is that it also has an SPF 20 sunscreen ($39.99) and was super easy to apply for a really "perfect" look.

Addicted to straighteners and your blow drier?  Well Redken have thankfully just released their Iron Silk 07 for you to use as you straighten.  This product is really lovely to apply and you can feel it creating a protective layer as well as adding some control to your hair, it helps your straightening last the distance.

The other new product is Blown Away 09 which is a gel that protects while you blow dry and also adds some volume and shine. 

Both products are packaged in the really pretty rose pink metallic and retail at about $36, so are necessities for the bathroom.

L'Oreal has just released it's "Extra-Volume Collagene" mascara featuring a very doe eyed Eva Longoria. 

I used the big fat super sized brush to apply the mascara which contains collagen - and it delivered on it's no clump promise.  While my eyelashes didn't quite look like Eva's they certainly did look good, and best of all it was quick and easy with no mucking around getting rid of the clumpy bits.

I have fine hair and have found a great Redken product with "clean-feel" technology Full Frame 07 Protective Volumizing Mousse, that delivers touchable, natural hair with volume building formula which is also apparently suitable for all hair types.
