About Us

Webolution and Third Eye Design is a collaborative graphic design and internet development studio.

The team so far consists of 2 key creatives; Phillip and Matthew - working out of the historic Grand Hall of the Manchester Unity Chambers in Dunedin.

Additionally, we have a wealth of experience in project management and art direction. This allows us to utilise a wide variety of NZ's best creative and technical expertise depending on a project's needs.

We believe it's the combination of our business experience and focus, alongside our creative abilities that helps us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Oh, and the fact that we both just love designing and making stuff.

Phillip

With a love of all things techy, nerdy and awesome. Phillip keeps us at the forefront of internet techniques and technologies.

From a background in programming, his first professional website went live in 1996. Collaborating with a varying range of clients from public, private and government sectors has given him a broad range of experiences.

A staunch Dunedin supporter (Don't try and tell him it's cold down here). Phillip has assisted many national and international organisations from their inception in Dunedin. He also donates his time and expertise to a lucky few local non-profit organisations.

Matthew

Third Eye Design is Matthew , a DFA Honours graduate in Computer Art (1995) from the Otago Polytechnic School of Fine Arts.

Originally from Auckland, he moved south in the 80's to sample the Dunedin student life. It didn't take long to realise what a great city this was. A week after arriving he was in a shoebox bedroom in a George St flat, fell into the Dunedin music scene, and that was that.

Four years of Art School training in traditional media, skills and techniques has paved the way for a unique variety of design abilities. Additionally, Third Eye works as a project management and art direction studio, delivering world-class 3D animation, motion and 2D graphics.
